Cain walked through the forest. Route 2 had absolutely no pokemon attack him. When walking through he noticed most of the population of this forest was of Bug pokemon. "Ha these bugs are called pokemon?" He continued to walk and was then confronted by two trainers. "We have caught new bugs. Now its time to test them out." Cain smirked and said "Bring it on".

It was a doube battle so Cain took out Pidgey and Nidoran. "Okay Nidoran, When they come out use tackle attack." The released a Caterpee and a Weedle. "Ha that the best you got." Nidoran tackled the weedle and fainted it. But then Caterpee tackled Nidoran. But thanks to Nidoran's special ability Caterpee was poisoned. Leaving it wide open to another tackle. Then the bug trainers sent out a Metapod and a Kakuna. "Pidgey use Peck attack on the metapod and Nidoran use horn attack". Pidgey pecked the Metapod which was super effective. Nidoran used horn attack which was effective anyway. The bug trainers had lost.

Ha lovely money. Cain won some money for the win. It was an easy battle and he was glad. "Well I wonder how the gym leader at Pewter City will be like." As he walked through the grass onward to Pewter City
